Does anyone know of any good programs I can download that are similar to photoshop or paint shop pro? Ive already tryed gimp and I cant figure out how to use it.
Also if you could post the link to that be great.

What I'm going to recommend is NOT free. However, it IS a very cheap alternative to Paintshop Pro or Photoshop. It's called Ability Photopaint. I've used it, and it's almost an exact clone of Paintshop Pro...

There are several other nice programs in this bundled package, including one that allows you to create vectors and import them into Photopaint. (Unlike PSP and Photoshop, AP doesn't do vectors, but this is the only big difference I ever found...and the inclusion of the vectoring program in the bundle solves that problem.)

the gimp is the only real alternative.
If you can't figure something out, google for it
if you really need photoshop, download the 30 day trail and then crack it.
