When I say "milk", I mean the 2% reduced or the organic soymilk. Yeah, I was just wondering this because I've been drinking a lot lately and the question just popped into my head.
Some answers on this would be nice. :)

soy milk is carbohydrates, cows, pigs and elephants primarily eat carbohydrates.........any questions about that?

baby calves, piglets and elephants drink milk, does that slim them down or grow them fast? Do you really think 2% fat makes all that much difference???

wanna slim down, run 5 miles every day, ask a cheetah, gazelle or antelope..........

fat is as fat does, skinny is as skinny does, look to the animal kingdom and see what's what!

I always heard that after childhood, milk wasn't particularly good for you, or at least that there were better alternatives.
Still, recently the "milk diet" has gained popularity. Be careful though... according to the article, it seems like it's sponsored by the dairy industry, and they would tend to have a positive view of it.

2% is very close to whole, and just do either whole or fat free. And soy milk is terrible for you. Skim milk can make the body absorb less saturated and trans fats, so it can make you lose weight that way.
