no they will get you are warning becasue no harm is done but the thing is if you past that offense you can go to jail but they can't track you down UNLESS the person you are doind that too is a police officer, been harrased by you 1 or more times in the past, or a police station becasue the thing is that the police must have the tracking device connected by the time you made the call or it doens't work trust me i have friends in the police department but WOW when they do trace you, you just hear one knock and it's trouble time for you!

The police told me to get privacy manager to stop bothersome phone calls. They were really no help at all. If you have an answering machine and aren't home the blocked individual can still leave a nasty message on your answering machine.
AT&T gave me a number you can call and it will find out the number of the person who is making the calls. Just call your phone company.

Depending on the jurisdiction, harassing phone calls can be a misdemeanor, or they can be a felony.
If there are threats made during the call, and the call was made across state lines, it becomes a federal crime.
If a district attorney decides that your harassing calls are a crime, he will direct the police to arrest you - and they will hunt you down just like any other criminal.

I know a guy doing 10 years for harrassing phone calls. It falls int he same class as stalking and not taken lightly. If you are making these kind of calls, it would be best to stop, any call can be traced
