I would talk to the police, a juvenile officer, and tell him/her everything you know about the guy; including the way the car locks/unlocks and how he touches your friend. He sounds to me like someone who lures people into his car so he can take advantage of them or bribes them into 'not telling' on him. Either way, if the police don't look into it, at least you have done everything you can do to try to prevent something bad from happening before it happens. And then, should he rape your friend or kidnap her, then there is recourse for her family because the police didn't even try to protect her when they were told in advance that there was a concern. Hopefully they'll look into the guy and find that he has a history of 'inappropriate behavior' and scare him away from your friend, or at the very least keep a close eye on him so nothing happens to her. After that, all you can do is keep talking to your friend about your gut feelings and your concerns, if you really feel she's in danger, maybe you even need to talk to her parents if she isn't using her head and common sense.
Now if you are saying that she left today/tonight with this guy ... then I'd get on the horn to the police and her parents immediately because she could be in a lot of trouble. Especially with the things you've described about the car not unlocking and the locks disappearing and him telling her that he was going to take her to another country. You're better off with a friend that is mad at you for a little while then one that is dead or severely messed up from a really bad experience at the age of 15.
Good luck!

Tell her to tell her Human Resources department or her boss (if there is no "HR dept", since the boss would be HR). Sexual Harassment is quite simply whenever someone of the opposite sex says or does something that makes you uncomfortable.
If she feels uncomfortable at work by the way he talks to her or by his touching her, it is the HR department's (or boss') responsibility to make sure they are separated and at least that she doesn't feel uncomfortable.
She doesn't need to quit her job, especially if she likes it or has a hard time finding a job. That should only be a last resort (unless she doesn't like the job) if the HR/boss doesn't do anything about it (and that should be reported if they don't do anything).
Also, make sure to tell her to have someone she trusts walk her to her car when it's late.... and learning self-defense is always a good idea.

How interior the hell is somebody a 'ability rapist' in the event that they have in no way raped every physique earlier? at the start she will prom with somebody who threatened to commit suicide which isn't perfect except she is likewise a loser.

What is wrong with your girlfriend that she has to go and work with an old man? Can't she get a job at safer place like Mc Donalds or something? The guy is pedophile! You need to get some adults involved to stop this behavior or your girlfriend will end up getting raped or even killed or he might even screw with her mind so she thinks he is nice old guy and sleeps with him willingly!

You shouldn't do a thing aside from let her know that you're available if she ever needs help. If she feels threatened then she and her mom can do something about it. But legally speaking, if you get involved, you've got no defense for yourself and no reason to be involved.

make sure she knows to never get in his car ever.and to never be by herself anywhere around him , to keep herself around other at all times and to find another adult around to tell about this guy. go to the police station and ask them where to find self defense books? see if there is a way that they can give a warning to this man that they are aware of what he is up to and hes being watched. they can do that. at least he will know that he needs to keep his distance from her.

For God's sake, what on EARTH is she doing getting in his car in the FIRST place??? TELL HER PARENTS. Make them SEE what this guy is doing!!! Tell her NEVER EVER to get in that car with him EVER AGAIN!!! She's lucky she got out the time she was in it (if she knows and told you about the door lock system, she's been in the car...why on EARTH would he be stupid enough to tell her about it before he could grab her?). TELL HER PARENTS!!!!!

Talk to your friend's parents and alert them to the problem. Let them handle it. If he touches her at work, tell a boss. That's sexual harassment and it's against the law.

First: You're 16 and into drama. Nothing this man has done indicates to me in any way that he's a rapist. Secondly: She has parents so let them handle things. Thirdly: It's her choice where she works and with whom. If you can't go to the cops because he has done nothing, then get over yourself. Get a grip and grow up and stop making wild claims.
