im 16 and wanting to get a tattoo and my parents said it was ok and i was wondering if there was a place or someone that would be able to tattoo someone under the age of 18 with parental consent within cook county illinois...everywhere i ve tryed they ve said 18 with or without parent

I own a tattoo studio in Illinois - Cook County, specifically, and I assure you that tattooing under 18 is a Class A misdemeanor and there is NO parental consent option!

The only place I've ever heard of where you can get an underage tattoo is in Las Vegas.
