There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

Yes, you lose weight, but it is water weight. If you're not exercising, than you're not burning fat. You need to increase your heart rate for that to happen.
Any water weight lost through sweating while not exercising will be gained right back.

Just the sweat itself - it's water weight & flushing toxins out of your body. If you're just sitting out in the hot sun, if you lose anything, you'll gain it right back as soon as you eat or drink. But if you're exercising hard enough to be sweating pretty profusely, then you're doing enough cardio to be burning calories (this is the expulsion of energy during exercise that's burning the calories - not the fact that you're sweating).

Eat better. Eat foods found in nature. No foods made in a factory. None.
Get active. Everyday do something. Walk. Run. Dance. Whatever. Get a dog, take it for a walk. Play with your kids if you have any. Get moving.

Do 30 minutes of cardio training [dancing, jogging, aerobics, yoga , running, bicycle, swimming, kick boxing ... ] and 30 minutes of strength train [weights, arms, setup, crunches for abs, legs workout and stretches]workout 3-6 times on week. 30min or 1-2 hours

Sweat is just water weight, not fat. No calories dripping off of you. Sitting in the hot sun, in other words, or a steam bath, does not burn off calories.
Only work burns off calories.
