It's hard to follow your question.... but it appears to have several false assumptions.
First, no funds are being cut for military action -- the US govt just keeps borrowing more on credit to pay for its military projects.
Second, you need to make the distinction between kids who are US citizens (even if their parents are not) and kids who are themselves illegal aliens (whether immigrants or not).
Other than that, you need to add more details to make your question more coherent.

You obviously don't have a clue about which you speak!
It is many illegals in sweatshops that are making the equipment for our troops under no-bid government contracts!
