I would par boil it first but you do not have to. I have frozen corn both ways and never had a problem.

The corn must be cooked and then frozen. Do this immediately before the sugar in the corn turns to starch.
Remove the husk and silk and trim the ears as necessary.
Prepare a iced water bath in which to cool the corn quickly when it is cooked.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil on high heat and add the corn. When the water returns to the boil, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes ONLY.
Immediately remove the corn from the boiling water and place it in the iced water bath. You must stop the cooking process and chill the corn as quickly as possible.
When the ears of cooked corn are ice cold, remove them from the iced water bath and place in airtight freezer bags. Being careful to remove all the air from the bags. Freeze the bagged corn.
To serve, remove the corn from the freezer and place in hot salted water. Do not allow the water to boil as you only want to heat the corn through and get it hot enough to eat. You may keep the corn hot for up to half an hour but DO NOT let the water boil.
The result will be just about as good as fresh picked corn on the cob.

You shouldn't freeze it on the cob. But you can boil them, cut the corn off of the cob and freeze that for future use.

ironically my fridge is horrible, to the point anything I put in the back of it, it freezes. I cooked yesterday corn with husks, that were frozen, and they turned out great. So I don't see why not.

Yes but like most vegetables it needs to be blanched first. Remove the hush and put it in boilling water for about 2 min. Then cool quickly in a large bowl of ice water. Now it is ready to be frozen.
