Wow, you must be feeling a little beside yourself. But, it seems like if she's still in the hospital and they are going to the expense of CT scans, scopes, etc. they are taking it seriously and just trying to rule things out one by one. It also sounds like they are being very thorough. Be patient and know that waiting for an answer is the hardest part in a situation like this. Good luck and take care.

What about blood work that is being done? Namely White blood cell count which can indicate if she has a virus. Try this web link that will give you more causes of vomiting.

I also agree that it sounds like they are taking it serious and sometimes it is hard to wait on test results. I hope that you get answers and that she is up and better soon. Take care.

Did she get hit in the stomach? Young children exhibit those actions when they get a severe injury from being hit in the head or stomach.
Since the scans showed nothing it may be a stomach injury.

Where are you at on your honeymoon? There are regional ailments to be considered. Also, where and what has she eaten, has she started birth control recently and if so, what form, any cramping, abdominal distension, etc...?
