Jesus clearly taught that not all are God's children.
Listen to what He said to those who opposed His mission:
"You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."
John 8:44
This is why He taught that unless a man is born again, born of the Spirit through repentance and faith towards God, that he could never see or enter the Kingdom of God:
"In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."
"How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"
Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again.' "

Jesus is special because he is/was completely human and completely God at the same time, while we are just human and need to accept Christ to someday live forever with him

Jesus was God's only BEGOTTEN son. Those of us who accept Jesus as our Savior are God's ADOPTED children.

Who says we're all God's children.
"This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother." 1John 3:10

Paul, once a persecutor of the Church, and later its greatest champion, in writing to believers says this:
"And you were dead in your trespasses and sins,
in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.
Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. "
Ephesians 2:1-3
Notice the last statement - that Paul says he and his fellow believers were by nature "children of wrath" - that is to say, those who by reason of their nature were under the wrath of God.
This is God's testimony concerning the whole human race - that we are enemies of God by our words and our deeds.
Thankfully, the story doesn't stop there:
"But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. "
Ephesians 2:4-10
This is why Jesus said: "You must be born again"

That's funny, the bible says the people are not God's children. Why do you assume that any of the people is God's children?
