Go talk [volunteer] at a place that will make you realize you have a lot to be joyful and thankful for. I do this at a Correctional Facility for female juveniles that are all Felons. Talk about "hard times?" Whew!!! That will put the joy back in you.

What you are experiencing is not uncommon. Stress is probably the result of your attitude toward God. Perhaps you yourself try to be like God, trying to control your environment. We all do to a certain extent. Think of your conversion and the early joyful days of walking with the Lord. You probably gave all your cares to God back then and He did take care of you. If so, why pick them up again? Christians are meant to be voluntary and living sacrifices to God. The problem with living sacrifices is that they can crawl off the altar! I may be wrong, but perhaps in order to experience God's joy and peace again, you need to rededicate your whole life to Him again and ask God to help you stay on the altar.

I am 52 & also have gone through this.
So much stress & problems in the world & families these days.
My solution is to just love the Lord with all my heart 7 pray every day & most of all, thank Him constantly for His goodness & our blessings. He knows what is in your heart & what your abilities are towards Him.
Satan has been pushing me anyway God will allow him to, to take away my hope & happiness in the Lord!
My pets have been getting killed or dying for the last 4 months, but I say to God,"Thank you for the time you let me have with these sweethearts ."& to Satan I say,"I will always know while i am on this earth that one day,we will all be together in Paradise,in front of Jesus & God,but you will have nothing but pain & regret!"
Satan can take nothing from us that God does not give back,as long as we are faithful to Him!
Just keep praying & letting God know with your heart how you love Him!He knows everything about you.

Pray to him. Ask for relief. Ask for comfort and joy. Ask that he may bring good influence.
Even in the hardest time just remember that God is always there with you. He's waiting for you to ask him for anything. He loves you unconditionaly and longs for you to spend some time with him in any way.
Always remember- "Even in the hardest times, the moment you pray to God, the tide of the battle is turned." -Joel Osteen
God loves and trusts you so much, that he calls you his child. And as a father he will always be there to catch you when you fall.
If you have a bible read Psalm 33

After your previous question, it sounds like you are ministering under your own strength, instead of God's.
"Remember from whence thou hast fallen and do the first works again..."
Do you remember what you used to do when you were alive and really zealous for the Lord? Maybe back when you first got saved?
Take a break from ministry and do those kinds of things again. The joy of the Lord is our strength!

I think the Lord realizes that we are human, we falter at times, some times we are exhuberant, sometimes stressed and depressed. He understands all these things and forgives you, because he is your Lord and is forgiving.
Look all around you at the beauty that he has made, wake up tomorrow and watch a sunrise, look at the flora and fauna in your area, it is Godgiven,it is beauty, hope, it is Him.........Sometimes you have to go through tough times to appreciate all that you have. Humor helps!

Sounds to me that you are just going through the maturing process that all us normal humans go through. Thank God that He allowed you to live another day to either love it and or complain about it. And always remember that a cute, pretty girl becomes a beautiful girl when she puts a smile on her face.

What have you done for God? When people thought you were cute, you thought everything was going smoothly. IF you accept God, Jesus and do his will he will meet your needs.
LIVE IN THE SPIRIT OF GOD:
HAPPY MOMENTS, PRAISE GOD
DIFFICULT MOMENTS, SEEK GOD
QUIET MOMENTS, WORSHIP GOD
PAINFUL MOMENTS, TRUST GOD
EVERY MOMENT, THANK GOD
DO THE WILL OF GOD
You need to find a home church, be obedient, follow his word, be baptized with the holy spirit, show your self approved and do the will of God (Mark 16: 15 - 18)
