Ministry is demanding, rewarding and stressful.
When it gets to be too much, it's time for R&R. Take a brief break, spend time with the Lord, get your focus back, and
"cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you."

Ministry cannot be done unless YOUR relationship with the Lord is unhindered.

Both--it is rewarding in so many ways, yet so stressful when especially people as you described here. I know ministers who have to back off trying to help some people because they are very demanding and constantly wanting attention.
If you are trying to minister let her know that there are others you need to be with and they also need your time. She needs to keep reading her Bible and praying. You can spend all your time trying to minister to just one particular person, those kind will continue on and on for your friendship and not to be alone. They must love wanting company.
Bless you and best wishes.

Ministry is very rewarding and fulfilling, And yes at times it can be very stressful. One way to keep from feeling that "burn out" feeling is spend much time in prayer. During that time with God, he fills you with his power, strength, and wisdom. It is also a place for him to share with us. Remember It's Not by might nor by power, But by my spirit" saith the Lord. We must stay in his spirit. Sometimes we can want the ones we are working with to see so desperately that we keep striving under our own will. When God may be telling us to let him deal with them. Remember his yoke is easy and his burden is light. Also It Say's often that Jesus would rise early and pray. God Bless you! What an awesome question.!
