Basement floor. It's been painted once but I want to do it again. What kind of Paint is recommended for (cement)floors ?

You'll need to use a special paint made especially for cement floors. If you don't, due to the high humidity of cement floors, you'll soon find that your paint peels, chips and lifts off.
