At a child boot camp such as Young Marines Boot Camps and other various active camps the child will most likely be pushed to their limit during the program. They will also pass their limits and achieve new ones.

Various favorite activities are calysthenics, which include anything that involves moving around, i.e. physical activities

Sit ups
pull ups
crunches
jogging
swimming is a possibility
and others.

What you want to do is contact the C.O. of the "Boot Camp" or whoever is directing the program. Most official camps have websites and ways to contact the rite people.

Hope this helps.
