Sure they are just lightly brush them with oil and bake them in the oven for 20-25 at 375.

I am a former chef, and used them for a salmon coating, in crab rangoon and as a chip for dipping an Asian spicey fish sauce based dip with hot chilis, they are like any pasta and you can use them just cut in pieces and boiled like pasta or as a ravoili skin with either meat or veg stuffing, I have for years.

You can make wonton soup, but don't drink the stuff you cook the wonton it - it is kinda yucky.

Boil two pots of water:
1 for boiling the wonton - just add a little salt and oil. They cook really fast, when it floats then its done
2. Add some chicken stock to the second pot of water. Add other vegies if you want. Then finish off with your cooked wontons! Add chives or spring onions for garnish.

For War Won Ton add some slices of cooked pork and shrimp.

Edit: That should be Bok Choy.
