where can i get a broken camera to get fixed?

my sisters kodak camera doesn't work but the screen is always turning purple and other colors and we cant fix.

It will likely cost more to repair than to replace.

If its still under warranty and its a defect in materials or worknanship it should be covered. If you've abused it by dropping it or getting water or sand on it that's considered abuse and unlikely to be covered.
