It means, What Did she/He say to you?

Dijo means Said
From the verb Decir which in english is the verb to Say
You should be careful what u believe here because some ppl arent spanish and they are just simply learning and no offense but sometimes they really dont know the answer but to get some points they just tell you what they Think* the asnwer could be. Im spanish and dont waste your points asking questions like this, when you can simply ask me and ill asnwer it with pleasure.

I think it means something like rather than tea. I know that que means than, te means tea, and dijo means god. You have to figue out in whick order it is is.

it means what he or she told you. It could be either a question or a statement depending on how it is said.

Que = What
te = to you
dijo = I said (or it said)
Literally, it means "What to you I said?"
But transfiguratively, it means "What did I say to you?"

I think that's right. I took only three quarters of college Spanish.
