i.e. mexican,chinese,etc. etc.? and what's your favorite dish? mine's italian. you name it, spaghetti and especially lasagna with some garlic bread with melted mozarella cheese on top with a good fresh garden salad on the side light on the italian dressing,and a fresh glass of iced tea easy on the sweet and low and finish it off with a slice of strawberry cheesecake. yum! what about you? surprise me! =p

Milanesa. It's an Italian/Cuban dish. You can use either a beef steak or chicken breast. After it's marinated, you dip it in whipped eggs and bread it with Gilda cracker crumbs. They put a light tomato salsa, a thin layer of ham slices and mozzarella cheese all over it. Some chefs adorn it with pineapple rings and a cherry in the oculus. It's rich and more meaty than pizza. Less carbos too, lol. Too delicious for words. Add a lettuse and tomato salad with olive oil dressing (or vinagre and brown sugar) and maybe a Materva Soft Drink and your good to go!

I love mexican and chinese. At a mexican restaruant i usually get a taco salad or 2 chessey burrito. At a chinese restaruant, if they have a buffet i always get that, but if they don't i get chicken with sauce. We have this local chinese buffet and there they have these cakes that i call "coffe cakes" but i don't know if that's what they are called but they are so good with Dr. Pepper!

My favorite food is Italian, I love egg plant parmigiana, Lasagna, sea food, yummy, the list goes on and on. When it is authentic it is good and so good for you. Don't leave out the wine and the tiramisu.

I am Portuguese so I luv all those dishes. My fav is when we have meat, mashing potatos, corn, and then we have crab yum! Crab is my fav food ever! For desert we will have something like a portuguese donut, or cake.
