Does A330-200 and A330-400 or B737-400 and B737-600 have the same cockpit panel?

Yes they do with a few upgrades for avionics and instrumentation.

a330 -200 ,300 are identical except 200 has extra fuel tanks switches 737-400 to 600 upgraded instrument packages
