If your dentures don't have any metal parts they will be fine.
If you have partials with the metal brackets they will need to be removed if your head or neck is the area of interest as the metal will cause artifacts in the images. Any other part of the body it will not matter one way or the other they are both safe.

It might not cause a problem, but the way a magnetic imaging system is set-up would preclude anybody working on the mouth at the same time; you're actually in the tube!

as long as there is no metal in them, you should be fine. and depending on what part of the body you are having the mri, you shouldn't have any probelm either, but they will advise you when you have it done
