ok-i read on here that you cannot download microsoft outlook online for free.are there any FREE things like that (with a calendar and contacts thing) that i can download that WONT harm my computer??? the thing is i want 2 sync the calendar and contacts 2 my ipod nano (second gen.).or tell me anything else i could do??? (its ok if i dont have the contacts,but itd b nice...)

if i could i would give you my copy of outlook -- i never use it.
does it have to be a special program to sync with your ipod?

Mozilla's Lightning program has the Thunderbird email program combined with the Sunbird calendar but I'm pretty sure it does not yet support syncing with iPods although I know they were working on it when I downloaded the latest version.
You could check out the site at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/lightning/download.html,maybe they have got the sync function now.
