Vista Windows Media Center Problem?

I bought a computer with Vista Business and just upgraded it to the Ultimate. After upgrading to the Ultimate, my media center refuses to display the cursor (however, it is somehow there, as if it were invisible). How can I get my cursor to display?

What do you mean by changing the cursor? Is it possible to actually change the cursor for specific programs?

Ah so I finally figured it out. I had the pointer trails on for my cursor, and I took them off and it finally appears on my media center.
