Well Tom you go ahead and get all your carbs from gatorade alright!

I'm not a big fan of sugar carbs because they are empty carbs, you might as well just drink beer for your carbs fricken idiot.

low GI high fiber carbs like lentils, oats, barley, beans, etc. slow burning carbs that are all natural provide the longest lasting energy with the smallest effect on serum glucose and insulin. controlling insulin is the key to both decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass. processed carbs in just about all forms are garbage if optimum health and fitness is your goal
