Your values are obviously the "rubbish".... did you know that Hitler based his BS in Germany on the Theory of Evolution? If we are simply evolved from apes and we are just to have the "survival of the fittest" ,that was tied into the theory of evolution with Hitlers ignorant rants, then we take morality and spirit out of the equation which also takes out the fact that we are something more than another animal with the stronger surviving... Hitler thought that he was doing the human race a favor by killing off the weak genetics of the race.... and what is even more ironic is the fact that he picked traits to kill off that he himself had.... he did not possess the traits he said were superior.... any scientist with a brain and a real degree is statistically more apt to believe in a superior being or "God"..... if you take our morality and the fact that we have a soul out, then we might as well kill all the weak people... the blind, MR, autistic, ADHD, deaf, etc... but THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE.... WE HAVE A SOUL THERE IS A GOD... and a person that doesn't have a conscious, spirit, and a higher thought process than a wild animal... doesn't need to be near children!........ By the way sense you have nothing better to do than to try to make a mockery of things just because you don't believe them, and without any real basis but you calling it every word you can think of in a pathetic attempt to degrade God and the belief in him, I'm assuming you have no further education in this subject, or possibly not many other subjects.... What, we're supposed to go with your rants like a bunch of prejudice idiots because you say that religion is these these things?.... Ask a real question Hitler.

You are sadly mistaken. Faith is one of the best things that can happen to a person and especially a child.

The belief in hell and Satan: If people believe that they try to be better people as to avoid hell. I'm sorry is that a bad thing? Is that not like Santa? Children are told to be good so you won't get coal in your stocking.

The believe in faith over Science: Haven't you ever seen The Notebook. Did Noah ever give up in Aly even when the doctors said things were getting worse? No, he still believed and she kept coming back to him, and they ended up with a happy ending. There are so many stories like that and even different ones.

What I would like to know is how can you all without faith live?
Just remember if you stand for nothing you will fall for nothing.

*yawn*. So should 'science' take over the raising of our kids? If one was to understand evolution then one would think we could alter the course of mankind by 'picking' which children should live. Getting rid of the retards, the handicapped, the diseased and those with physically unattractive traits would help the evolution of humans. We could have this master race of ubermen and life would be better. The strong shall survive.

Since non-religious people believe such outrageous things, should they be prohibited from being around children?

Not all religious people believe those things. I'm religious but don't believe in any of the 3 things that you mention. "If religious teaching, however, be at variance with science and reason, it is unquestionably superstition." - 'Abdu'l-Baha

Perhaps you should check your facts more carefully, and even when you have your facts right, learn not to be so judgemental.

only like 15% of the population is atheist.
part of that being agnostic.
are you going to take care of the rest of the worlds offspring, captin "science over the thought of a god".
let people believe what they want to believe.
kids are capable of making their own decisions.
and if not while they are kids, when they grow older.
everyone has the right to choose.

WOW, you must be very bored today.

"Religious people" as you refer to us believe in the truth .. and we speak the truth.

You have proven that the 'non religious people' rely far too much on the voices you hear in your head and make up all sorts of things.

How old are you 13? 14? You couldn't hold your own in a debate with an educated religious person. Come back when you start shaving and we'll talk.

WOW! I just checked out your other questions. You are obsessed with Christianity. That's called fanaticism. Look it up.

dude I don't believe in God either, but in the U.S., there is something called a Constitution. In that there is a bill of rights. The first one of these is the freedom of religion. Deal with it.

Why are some atheists so vicious?
