People tell me I am cute all the time and wonder why i have never had a bf. I never thought I was ugly but I am slighly insecure. He is never flirty with me but he is nice to me. I am afraid to tell him because of rejection. I don't want to lose the friendship we have because of my feelings.

I am no spring chicken I am 28 years old. But I haven't had alot of experience with relationships. Should I just tell him how i feel or should I wait for him to show interest.

I have always felt that most men will show interest if they are interested romantically. I have NEVER seen any signs of interest romantically so I have always admired him in silence.

What if he's waiting for a sign from you? :) It would be a shame if you never did anything about it. Here's my suggestion...

You don't have to TELL him that you like him. It's much easier and less awkward to just SHOW it. Start off by flirting with him lightly! Hold his arm, hug him, smile a lot, laugh... just be yourself! If he responds well, that's a good sign and keep going. This will advance naturally. Soon you'll both will be comfortable enough around each other to be a little affectionate (if he likes you back). If he doesn't reciprocate your flirting, that means he probably doesn't like you :(

Never wait, because it can be eternal. Just ask him out for a coffee and see what happens. Then, if there doesn't seem to be anything but friendship, it will remain intact.
