Taking a survey, at what age did you learn to ride a bike?

Question

There's actually two parts - At what age did you (or you can use your child's age) learn to ride a bicycle - and the other, - are you male or female?

I was about 4 or 5 years old , from 8 years old from end of March to mid November I did ride bike to school and in winter I use cross country ski . It was 22 km one way on nicely hard packed fast road thru the forests and fields and I ride everyday this 44 kilometers in any weather for 8 years in hilly terrein . Anyway it was nice life , still remember all the bikes which I ride it ... , my first ski I do also remember , it was made from best ash wood - had kandahar binding on it ........

Male, probably about 5 y.o.
It's my earliest memory. One of those where they guy is holding the seat and running behind you and you're doing fine. Then you look back and he isn't there and you panic and wreck.

I ended up in a big mud puddle.

male iwas 16 and drunk and had to get my friends bike home for him as he was to wasted (mind you i was young and stupid at the time and it was the 70's)
