Where do you want to start? There are 100's of programs.
We all have our own way of doing it but I found the fastest and most reliable method, is to use a program called Winavi converter. Use that to convert your movie to DVD files (vob) and then a prog called 'Prassi ones' to burn those files to DVD.

For DVD use NeroVision, your unique video could be in AVI format. NeroVision additionally will burn a SVCD onto a CD disc, which does not carry very plenty, approximately 40 5 minutes. For video CD use NeroExpress. A video CD, or VCD, is an information document which your laptop will play, yet maximum DVD gamers can not.
