I have many questions that a lot of you people may find absurd, but I'm forced to ask them.
When taking a shower, what's the best way to make sure your body is absolutely clean, best way to scrub and all that.
Most thorough hair washing job? I never know if I've cleaned my hair the best way because sometimes I have dandruff right afterwards, even if using dandruff shampoo, I dont know how the whole dandruff thing goes though so I need info on that :S
When brushing teeth, how do I know if I'm doing a good job?
I have a problem with flossing, flossing to me is like nails on a chalk board, how do I get over this?
I have a problem with my finger nails, I pick at the skin around them and it's hard to get over, what is the best way to keep my nails healthy and clean?
What's the best way to keep my face acne free? Do things like resting my head in my hands and using a phone too long really increase acne in those locations?

When I dry my body after a shower, my skin seems to sort of "peel" in a way.. a lot of skin comes off, is it better to dry my body or let it dry over the course of an hour or so? Which is cleaner?
Also, my skin seems permanently blemished by unhealthy habits of forcefully popping zits, are there methods available to help bring my skin back to a smooth and generally healthy look?
I sit a lot due to a certain circumstance, and this causes skin problems with the areas that generally rest on the chair I sit in, are there ways to help prevent skin problems in those areas? (Sitting in the chair is required, for personal reasons irrelevant to this topic, and no it's not medically related)
People tell me eating salad does a great job at cleaning out my system, should I schedule a salad meal each week? each month? Each time I eat? I am only in the mood for salad every once in awhile, but am willing to eat it for health reasons.
