Strange but true lots of spiritualist mediums?

Question

have never seen a spirit in their life. They can sense them smell them hear them, but very few get to see and talk to them. Other people who have lost loved ones can see and speak to their loved ones, I have met people who have lost a child and have been able to talk and see their child, why do you think that is, does God give these gifts only to certain people. have you seen and spoke to your loved ones.

I watched an episode of Crossing Over with John Edward a few months ago and he was asked the same question. He said it is because the spirits prefer to go through others so that information can be verified by the medium who the message is for, and so that he doesnt put his/her own interpretation of what they see/hear/feel.

this is smart thinking..but yeah, I think there are so many different dimensions and "ghosts" spiritual forms and types that the computer would be corrupted quickly. We are made of energy and electricity, no matter what form your in at the moment, so this could be possible. why do christian get defensive..I mean I think your soul would initially go to heaven, and maybe just travel to visit relatives, like we would travel on a plane to visit loved ones, then go back home, wherever that is, but since they are in a different dimension, if we're not highly sensitive, or in a trance state we won't know it. They don't have anything to pressing to say..they just want to visit us during tea time and be silly like they did when they were alive..but they have a knowing we don't because they're in a higher spiritual form..it's just a theory

I am not a medium but I rember feeling an extremely strong sense of my dads presence shortly after he died. I cant explain how I felt, I just knew he was there. I have also seen a ghost on 2 seperate occasions, one of which my friend saw the same thing.

I really don't know the answer, but I think that the gifts are there for us to accept or decline. We may not remember chosing or not. Or maybe we earn the right to the gifts through many life times. …Mawdy

Yes I have 'seen' & 'communicated' with people who have passed away, more than a few times. The first time was when I was just 11 years old (that was a bit scarey.)
I believe we all have these abilities, but its all down to whether or not you have the awareness.

I don't know if that's true or not, but i have seen many. God does give this gift as you call it to everyone its just many don't know, or don't want to know about

I dont believe God gives this to certain people and not to others
I believe it is something we are all capable of
however certain things block us from doing that
disbelief , confusion to what spirit actually is and how we see and hear them , uneducation on the subject , grief etc...

but I am willing to put money on it that if people knew how spirit worked , more would say " yes I have had that actually "

we cannot validate something for ourself , we could easily confuse spirit with wishful thinking or imagination
so we need others to confirm it for us

personally speaking it rises my spine to tell you i have sensed it thousand times in my own life..yes its gifted naturally but if you try to raise it you can surely get in a great trouble..it seems fun from far but its a hellous life wen you experience it truly friend,,
