Keep in mind, I don't mean to imply that all masochists are sinful. I'm just wondering what happens to the ones who are.

If they are unsaved when they die, they will go to hell....but consider this: hell is a place where even the most perverted, deeply disturbed masochist would not be able to spend 2 seconds before collapsing like a baby.
Hell is eternal separation from God.....I'm not sure about what it will be like physically but trust me, NO ONE will enjoy it, despite the oft-made jokes.

I've heard the Devil doesn't allow them to wear their leather masks and chains; he just makes them, and their 72 virgins, eat Fillet Mignon, Pheasant Under Glass, Baked Alaska with Cherries Jubilee, sip Dom Perignon, and drink Cappuccino in a nearby sidewalk cafe', while watching "Happy Days" on big screen T.V.
However, being the big softy that he is, Satan lets them slap the hell out of one another on special occasions.

Depends on how you understand hell. If you understand it as being permanent separation from God, it'll still work for the dead guy. If you understand it as being an individually-tailored endlessly horrible experience, I guess your hero goes to something that looks a lot like heaven to everyone else.
