Regarding turg 143...That was tried in the Soviet Union and China. The results are very clear.

I think it'll eventually eradicate itself
One good factor is how people are becoming more isolated and seldom know their neighbors names....they cant have a herd mentality if they're isolated
and eventually...theyll think for themselves and not parrot what their mama told them..and hell..they might even look stuff up on the web that theyve ranted about for so long...

They train people how to be part of the masses these days, that's why.
In schools here, they train people to be christian, to look a certain way etc.
They even have ppl who get bullied for being different. With all this going on, it's understandable why ppl do it.. At first they want the easy life, then they become a true part of it.
Personally, to me.. Freedom of speech and being yourself regardless of what others think is one of the many things that makes life have a meaning.

I'm not sure that it's possible. Throughout the animal kingdom, we see herd and pack mentality, from insect colonies to our own so-called civilized society.

this is one of my favorite topics regarding religion.
I don't think it can be done. there are psychological issues underlying all of this. in submitting to the herd, there is a certain emotional gratification. it relates to domination and masochism in some ways. ya know.... surrendering yourself completely to the will of a group. some ppl are into that. :)
as long as this is considered pleasurable by someone, we'll have a manifestation of it in large groups.
