I reported him a couple of times, I don't know what they are waiting for, a clinic report of his horrid mental state? My last violation notice was because I told someone "not to complain much" yet this moron is like an ubiquitous spook on this section.

Isn't it nice, though? They can't live without us. They have realized this and won't go away. They only need a psychological treatment to cure the brain-washing they received during childhood. They also have to accept the fact that their hate and lie filled endeavors won't make them rich. Then, they can live as normal beings among us.
PS. One of my similar posts, i.e. "they can't live without us" was deleted and I received a violation notice. I don't know why, but this approach makes them very, very angry. Come on Jean and Sara, you are human beings, too. You can come back to normal!
