You think China is that much of a pushover?
Not to mention, that'd be another country America has given destructive weapons to, if we learn nothing from the Taliban, it's that we shouldn't trust other people with our superior weapons.
EDIT: For all you who don't understand the Taiwan/China stituation; Taiwan has stayed an independent nation because the US has always been Taiwans bodygaurd.
In the 80's, the Chinese island chain of Taiwan forced a Democratic change for the island becoming the Republic of China more commonly known as Taiwan. They have offically declared their independence and are recognized as a sanctioning government by the US. Read a history book now and then.

Taiwan is independent from China in all but name - they have their own economy, military, leadership and laws. Just saying "Yep, we're our own country now" is all it takes for China to invade.
Probably a yes, if they had nuclear weapons for dissuasion and then declared independence. Then again, I don't think China will ever give up this belief that Taiwan still belongs to them.

Questionable, I don't really think China is concerned about losing millions in a trade of nuclear weapons.
