Preferrably nothing involving cooking any raw meats.

Spaghetti, lasagna, manicotti, burritos, enchiladas, stuffed cabbage, shish kabobs, meat loaf, mexican lasagna (tortillas instead of pasta), chili, casseroles, soups, stir fries, triyaki marinated meats, chow mein, creole & gumbo dishes...

Go to google and search for a recipe for ANY of the above...tons of recipes will come up.
Try this crockpot stew recipe:
1 beef roast, 2-3 pounds, trimmed of fat; 1 48 oz can V8 or tomato juice, 1 envelope onion soup mix, chunks of carrots & potatoes.
Put into crock pot & cook on low 8 hours. Before serving, cut beef into bite-size cubes & return to crock. Add peas if desired, and thicken with flour or cornstarch if you like.

My favorite meal is.. Chicken Scampi served over angel hair pasta
You will need to have a package of chicken tenders (or breasts, but tenders cook faster) salt and pepper them, frege them in flour.
Fry them in a sautee pan 4 mins on each side. When they are cooked take them out and store them for when the sauce is ready.
.
Sauce -
2. Tbsp butter and olive oil in the bottom of the sautee pan
2 tbps. Minced Shallots or white onion
(brown for a few mins don't burn though)
add
1/4 cup. Minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 cup Chablis cooking wine
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
over a low medium heat simmer sauce until it reduces by half about 20 mins..
turn down heat and add
1 cup. Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Parsley

at this point add your chicken back into the sauce to bring it up to heat the chicken and cream up and cook until the pasta is ready.

boil up some angel hair pasta. Place the chicken on the pasta and top with the sauce..to garnish you can sautee up some shallots (that is what the olive garden does)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMGxU

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Well tonight we are having thick cut rib-eyes cooked medium/rare on the charcoal grill. Lightly seasoned with a little Montreal Steak seasoning & served with a mixture of grilled baby red potatos, onions & garlic, grilled corn on the cob & homemade garlic bread........Yummy!

Tomorrow I'm making a ham in the crockpot, seasoned with brown sugar & pineapple. Served with homemade mashed potatos, fried squash, baby peas & mushrooms and fresh baked rolls.......It's a good weekend food wise @ my house!!

easy and delicious, all you need is chicken breast, kikomans teriakki merinade, green peppers, and potatoes. you take the potatoes chop them in to medium sized chunks put them in a big baking pan, then cut the chicken into smaller cuts so its about half a breast each piece depending on how many your cooking for. then cut the green pepper up not to small of pieces i do chunks and then put all of it in the pan with the teriakki mirinade and bake it on 375* yum if you like teriakki you'll love it my own personal recipe
