I don't have it but, I know about it. Most patients with non-allergic rhinitis don't find over the counter anti-histamine medications helpful so it is hard to control the side effects of the illness. The best thing to do is to figure out what your "trigger" is or what causes you to have the reaction and try and stay away from it. Many times doctors will prescribe a steriod nasal spray and that often works for people with your type of rhinitis. Good luck.

You could probably something like Flonase Which is prescription. Do not use OTC nasal sprays over a long term as these can cause polyps if used long term.

get an emcur water bottle and irrigation salts of the internet its great for clearing your sinus s good luck ;-)
