Yes i believe God loves us all equally.
Having said that...John was the disciple Jesus loved...from what I've read there are some examples of Jesus and the disciples He spent a lot of time with and were privileged to have been with Him at one of the most exciting times
"The Transfiguration" Jesus took with Him Peter James & John to see the Kingdom of God present with power (Mark 9:1-13..)
these 3 disciples were with Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane where Jesus said to watch and pray with Him(Mark:14) they witnessed His Majesty and beheld His Glory...these were considered special events. James and John were brothers, and Jesus called them 'sons of thunder' Mark: 3....
John was the disciple Jesus loved, it's a well known fact for anyone who has read the gospels..and yes it was the human Jesus (the man Jesus) which displayed such love...to be found in John chapters: 13,19, 20 and 21?---just like us Jesus experienced likes and dislikes..bonded more with John, James & Peter..
Blue, sorry i haven't explained it very well, but hope you understand some of it...xxx
Added; I remember reading about John and saying to The Lord i want to know you the way John did...i do believe some ppl get closer to Jesus than others..it's a choice we make...as for me i want it all...and John's relationship with The Lord is something to aspire to...
Isaiah: 54 v 9--A covenant God made with us--
"I have sworn never to be angry with you again"
It's all dependant on ones relationship with God i believe...favourites might not be the way i discribe it, but you might be right.. some ppl know a deeper level of love than others..if you know what i mean.

God loves us all equally. The saint and the sinner the same. This does not mean He will us us all in the same capacity. He uses those who are open to being used. That is why He was stated to have favorites who He would use more.
No I have never felt that God was angry with me! Even when we disappoint God by not doing His will He is not angry. Until we cross the line and try to lead astray His children and do all sorts of evil that satan would have you do. Then you can kindle God's anger and wrath and at that point I don't want to be near you. Israel found out about God's wrath on more than one occasion and America is doing it's best to kindle His wrath now by killing His innocents.

Yes, God loves us all. Jesus did not have favorites. As far as the first chosen Deciples they were chosen, not because he favored them, but because they were elected before the beginning of time to be chosen. (Many are called but few are chosen). God has had a plan before He ever created the world and all that is in it. And He knows the end from the beginning. Jesus loves and died and rose again for all of mankind, the whole world.

Matthew 11: 28, Jesus said come to me, all who are weary and laden heavy and I will give you rest. ALL of YOU! He does not play favorites since all man kind is sinners, that puts us all in the same boat., yes i felt god gets angry with me when i entertain sin and fall short, tthe scriptures states that he even disciplines us as a loving father would, but he keeps no tract of the sin or remembers it if you ask him to forgive you.

i'm via no skill non secular, yet i think that the God observed in the Bible could desire to nicely be devil. The Bible is purely an man made play script, with countless actors God, devil, Jesus, devil, Adam, Eve and so on, and of direction some attractive imaginary places like Heaven, Hell, Purgatory and Limbo. I surely don’t believe in the Bible and that i doubt any particularly clever person could the two. in spite of the undeniable fact that, in case you view the Bible as an man made play script, with countless actors God, devil, Jesus, devil, Adam, Eve, Noah, etc, then you definitely can surely start to work out a clever interwoven plot, that the objective audience is ignorant of. It’s fairly purely a drama secret with clever twists. you notice, in case you heavily think of roughly it in an impartial way, then needless to say the actor God in the Bible could desire to fairly be the devil, and the objective audience (non secular believers) are being sucked into being the undesirable adult males, who then use faith to get anybody scuffling with one yet another. on the different hand, the extra clever objective audience (Atheists) spot the plot and attempt their superb to coach believers that that's merely nonsense, end getting sucked in. some people have over the years desperate that the play is actual. that's totally unhappy. people can merely believe in spite of they desire, the Bible is all merely fantasy.

How can you ask if he loves us equally, then say that Jesus had favorites? He did not have favorites.
"For there is no partiality with God." Romans 2:11
"Then Peter opened his mouth and said: "In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality..." Acts 10:34

Jesus said"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes on (not in) him shall have everlasting life.
As the person above says, Jesus died our death on the cross to proove His love for us so we need never die (spiritually) but live forever for the bible also says "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord!"
In regard to favourites - Jesus admires faith in people,The greater the faith - the more He admires, and draws close to that person.

God loves us all differently because we are all different-
Everybody has favorites, and that's OK. I don't believe that God gets angry with us- but I'm sure there are times when He's disappointed.

Hi Mrs Apple, no I dont feel like God is angry with me. The only time He is, is when I email married women - in which case he beats my brains out. No wonder I have a headache.
ps the little lady above my answer seems to have an A problem (attitude). Does she always tell you to shut up? Send her to me next time lol (she looks cute).
