Try putting calamine lotion (aka Calohist lotion) on them so they won't itch as much...
I rediscovered calamine lotion when I had poison ivy two years ago and now I use all the time for everything that makes me itchy, including mosquito bites, and it works like a charm.
It's normally a pinkish-white, but you can get clear calamine now and it works just as well. This is exactly what I use:

Just slather it on, let it dry, and voila! You can't even see it and it doesn't itch any more. Reapply every couple hours or as needed. It washes off with soap and water, so if you have bites on your hands, you might need to reapply it more often when it gets washed off.
Cortisone anti-itch creams and Benadryl creams work too, but they are oily and don't dry into your skin, so you will be walking around all day trying not to accidentally smear it on yourself. That's the one thing I hate most about it. You might be able to just stick some gauze or a big band-aid over it to help stop it from getting all over. Depending where the bite is, it might be a real pain... Like on your forearms, you'll end up with oily stuff all over your shirt. At least the calamine dries and then won't rub off on clothing or furniture. You can also use it before you go to bed and won't need to worry about it getting on your sheets and stuff.
Here's a whole list of anti-itch therapies at CVS.

Try cortisone cream. Or spray on some Benedryl.
When you first get a mosquito bite as soon as it shows as a welt, put some After Bite on it. If you don't have that then plain old ammonia will work. But it has to be while it is still a welt.

You can buy something called a Skeeter Stick...it's cheap and you just rub it on right when you get bit...the bite instantly shrinks...quits itching! It's a great thing to have around! I wouldn't be without one! If you already have some...cortisone cream works well and if you still can't help but scartch...rub around the bite!

Take some diphenhydramine* in tablet and cream form!
Last summer I didn't realize that I had over 100 bites on my low back and arms. I was in extreme agony at first, but diphenhydramine really works!
*Benadryl is the brand name for diphenhydramine*

If you put some mud on them and let it dry that'll help ease the itching. You could also use white toothpast.

scratch the bite, then apply" absorbine Jr" to it. It stings for a few seconds, then all the itch goes away.
