Bartenders each add thier own secret to this, but the basic is V8 or plain tommato juice, usually a large can to a decanter, add horseradish if you like a kick, along with hot sauce, celery seeds, lemmon juice, vodka to your taste, and mix well. Garnish with a whole celery stick. Note, the horseradish adds a distintive flavor, and if you want it a bit salty? Add just a bit of salt. The celery will be a bit salty as will the tommato juice, so taste before you add.

Mrs. T's bloody mary mix is the best I have worked with: 1 oz vodka, 3 oz of the above mentioned mix, one tsp. cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce, and shake vigorously in a shaker with ice. My tips increased pretty big when I started using that recipe.

Mr and Mrs T has a good mixer. It is sold in most grocery stores. I prefer my own though. I start with V-8 and add worchestershire, hot sauce, and celery seed. Add vodka and salt and pepper to taste. I did not give measurements as these ingredients are to taste. Serve with a celery stalk as a drink stirrer and ENJOY!
