Well you don't have much of a choice but here is what comes to mind:
White bread (some of the Italian bread is made with bleached flour so that is pretty white)
White rice (again bleached)
Vanilla ice cream
potatos
cauliflower
milk
plain yoghurt

Don't really understand what you're talking about, but some foods that are white after preparation are:
milk; potatoes (inside of baked or mashed or boiled); egg whites (make an egg white omelet); meringue; vanilla ice cream; white cake (get adventurous and make a Baked Alaska with the white cake, ice cream and meringue!)

I was going to say whipped cream, but that's not going to work for a day and a half. Um. White bread, turkey sandwhich, with provolone.
Baked potato. Real butter, not margarine

Fettuccini Alfredo, Mac with white cheddar cheese, Bread, bread with white cheddar cheese melted on it. Cream of wheat maybe with honey in it, mashed potatoes with white cheese in it (yeah I like white sharp cheddar cheese, lol) White fish, Pudding (vanilla), Pasta with olive oil and garlic.
