I saved a life, and got a female mouse. The only kind they had were the white ones with red eyes. What should I name her? I was thinking about naming her Snowball because she is white. I also liked Ruby because she has red eyes...........Which do you like better?

Truthhurtsgetoverit- I almost know for a fact she is pregnant. I bought her like an hour ago, and I said I wanted a female. The person who gave it to me had to check to see if it was a female. So that must mean there were males in the cage too. I can tell she has a very little hump. I think she got pregnant recently, and I really don't care much. I'll keep the mice if no one wants them, but I will keep male, and female in two different cages. Thanks for telling me, but I'm not stupid. I know she is pregnant.

Ruby, snowball is such a common name for cats that I don't think it fits.

I'm so glad you took a feeder mouse! They are so friendly. I used to have a snake that ate them and I'd get them really early so that I could give a good life before killing them. I never got bitten except once when I had been sifting my hand through food and then put my finger in front of it.

I couldn't take seeing them eaten so I sold the snake.

It relies upon on what number snakes you're able to be able to desire to feed. I even have 8 and that i will allow you to realize what i do to reproduce my mice. First i equipped 2 mouse racks one 5 tiers extreme the different 9 tiers. Then i placed one million male with 3-4 females. And some month later i've got been given mice. actual now i've got been given approximately 2 hundred infant mice i'm elevating up.

Ruby is a sweet name. Like someone said, Snowball is used for so many cats, lol, so it is kinda boring.

Ruby, definetly. Snowball isn't original enough and it doesn't fit a mouse. Ruby is pretty and it fits.

They're both good names. Get to know her a bit & you'll discover which one seems to 'fit' better.
We've adopted feeder mice & rats before. Bless you for giving your little one the chance for a long & happy life ;-)

just to warn you....
i know someone that every time they bought a female rat or mouse... she ended up with half a dozen, cause it was pregnant when she bought it, and there's no real way to tell that or stop it cause they're supposed to be feeder mice.
