No. When you believe a lie, you do so unknowingly. When you deny the truth, you do so knowingly.

It depends on if you know the lie is a lie. If someone tells you something that you don't know is a lie and you believe it, then you aren't denying the truth. But if, when they tell you their story, you know it is a lie and choose to believe it, you are denying the truth. Hope that makes sense to those who are reading it.

It depends on your knowledge.

believing a lie when you know it is a lie is wrong; but if you believe it to be truth, then the only wrong you do is not researching enough.

denying the truth when you believe it is truth is wrong; but denying what someone else calls truth when you believe it to be false is the right thing to do.

No. If one has never had the truth explained to them, what other choice do they have? Most in false religion have been taught for over a hundred years the lies. After so long a time, what else is there in their way of thinking. Lies are still lies, no matter how you dress the pig, it remains a pig.

Now when you here the truth and it is explained then, still deny it, there is where the problem really lays. Then there is no excuse for ignorance. No excuse for denying the truth.

No. If you believe the lie, you probably don't know it's a lie, but with denying the truth you probably know in the back of your mind that it's true.

No. All denial of the truth is a lie, but not all lies are denial of the truth, although they have an effect on your perception of the truth.

Denying the truth stands as the epitome of being false.

Not necessarily, many don't know the truth, don't seek the truth, so believing a lie is easy.

"Believing" is accepting without proof. It is denial of the truth in its essence, and is an immoral activity.

If you are willing to 'believe' that means that you have suspended your natural right to think. Morally bankrupt, in my most humble opinion.

Depends on what you believe and what you deny.
