Most of those questions are things the parent will have to tell you. She will have a bedtime, and you should try and stick to that as much as possible.
None of my four children took naps when they were four, and if this child is not a nap taker, then you shouldn't try and force her. Because you specifically asked about a 25 minute nap, I'm guessing that maybe you have a TV show or a phone call expected at 3? If that's the case, a 4 year old is independent enough to play by herself for a few minutes while you do your own thing (as long as she's in sight). Just make sure you spend some good quality time with her right before that so that she'll be more willing to play by herself for a few minutes.
Four-year-olds do like movies, but if you're there to babysit, don't do that. The parents are paying you to play with their child, not to do your own thing while the child watches TV all day (although a short break now and then is probably okay, as mentioned above). Instead, plan on letting the child take the lead and show you the kinds of things she wants to do. She may want to play dolls or with cars or stuffed animals. Just play along.
Other things that are good for 4 year olds are simple arts and craft projects, such as coloring, playdough, block building, or making a fancy card for the parents. You can have her help you do whatever you need to do, such as making the meals and light cleaning. Read her stories and sing songs. Turn on (appropriate) music and dance together. Blow bubbles for her to catch or blow up balloons to try and keep off the ground. Mostly, just relax and have fun with her.

I have four kids...my 4 year old goes takes a nap about 1 p.m. and will sleep for a couple of hours. The earlier you put her down for a nap the easier it will be for her to sleep in the evening. She then will go to bed about 8:30 p.m. I usually put her to bed with a story and then leave some books for her. I put on music...
During the day, she loves playdough, coloring, some movies, playing outside, puzzles, stories, pretending, dress-ups.

if you want her to be tired to go to bed at a decent time..make sure you do things besdie ust watching a movie. At that age, kids have to be ableto run around etc..take her to a fun park..let her run, climb..swing etc for a while..bring a snack along....take her to an out door kiddie pool, or a sprinkler pool..let her go bike riding with you...having her take a nap at 3 is pretty late. That extra 30 min at that time can rev her up quite abit. At that age..a nap is'nt always needed. if YOU need a quite time..that is a good time to bring out the crayons..or watch a movie together.
If, she does need a nap..let her rest on the couch for abit around 100ish..you don't want a nap, if needed, to be too late in the day.

What time do the parents of the 4 year old want her to go to bed? Does the child nap regularly? One thing you CAN do is get the hell off the computer, you're not getting paid to wander internet message boards.

When you only babysit them they often don't go to bed on them anyway. I babysit a 3-year old boy and i usually put him to bed at 8.00 (without a nap). If you let her nap put her to bed later then you usually would!
