I ordered a camera from Tiger Direct and canceled it the next day. Three weeks later they sent me an email saying they shipped it to me anyway. They charged my credit card for it and I still have not received the package. They insist that it's coming but I don't think they sent it at all. How do I file a complaint against them?

Call your credit card company asap and file a fraudulent charge complaint against this company.

When/if the item shows up in your mail box don't open it. Send it back to them and pay the 3 bucks to have delivery confirmation and/or a return receipt so you have proof that you didn't keep the item.

You shouldn't need an attorney. That will end up costing you more than just paying for the item.

You can also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and/or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Your best defense is to contact your credit card company. They have probably dealt with this company on this same issue before.

Good luck!

Dispute the charge on your credit card. Explain that you cancelled but they charged you anyway and you have not received the merchandise.

If the package does arrive, refuse delivery.

Do you have any confirmation that you cancelled the order? How long has it been? Sometimes shipment takes 2 or 3 weeks.

All you need to do is call your credit card company and dispute the charge on the grounds of not receiving the merchandise you were charged for.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Call them and tell them that you want the tracking number. Whenever it comes, don't sign for it.

The best thing is to go to the court house in the nearest capital in your state. If it is to far try contacting via telephone to orginize a appointment with a court house near you. Then you should prepair documents with your attourney because you CANNOT go EMPTYHANDED. GOOD LUCK, that happened to me also!
