well theres adequate evidence there is no such thing as an interventionalist god. Theres no proof for prayer or miracles. IF a good father is someone that purportedly made you out of dust and then basically abandoned you then yes.

Yes, God IS a 'good Father' ... he 'created this universe' for us to live in, so we could 'grow up and learn' at our own rate, with 'free will' to decide even whether or not he 'exists' ... and one must be an 'ultimately GOOD Father' to 'trust his children' that MUCH.

In my opinion, there is no God. Hence there is no father. You are making an assumption that there is God.

yes. a good father keeps a close eye on his children but lets them roam, teaches them but lets them learn their own lessons, punishes them but loves them, and cares for them but lets them experience pain.
