Two thoughts cross my mind pretty much at the same time. The first one is obvious-its the vision of a sexual encounter-not that it has to be degrading to her but if she is hot it is a reaction as much as anything. But what I really truly think about is what kind of girl she is-stuck up, high maintenance, down to earth ect...This is actually where most girls lose out with me no matter what they look like. They give something off in their mannerisms that is unappealing. Hot girls do this more frequently I think because they are sought after so much.

"Wow, she's a hot girl", that's pretty much about it for like the first 30 seconds. Guys are too simple to really have deep, meaningful thoughts initially when seeing a "hot" girl . If the girl hangs around for a while, then maybe we start thinking about how we can get their attention. Not too much to it.
