in my experience with disputing credit, when first cleared, your score will drop, but only momentarily. in a few months your score will start to climb back up. if the 2 disputed and removed actions were positive, they may have been the reason your score was higher.
i use citi credit monitoring. you can see all 3 credit reports, all 3 scores, and it has an analyzer to predict how different actions toward your credit will effect your score. it also offers a monitoring service and will contact you if anything changes during that month. the forst month is free of corse but every month after is 12.95. i feel this is cheaper then paying 40 every three months for all 3 scores and reports. which if watching your score climb, in my opinion, is how often they should be checked.

Getting two negative accounts removed will NOT drop your score. Something else must have changed. I suggest pulling your credit reports first at annualcreditreport.com to see what is in them. 100 points is a lot and it would take some serious negative info to drop your score that much. You can dispute any information online, with the exception of inquiries and personal information (address, birth date, etc.).

Credit stinks!!!! You know they want you to report any errors, but when you do they screw you over. I don't have any good advice, I would try calling them and asking why that happened. Maybe it went down because of the collections and now you just have to wait for it to realize that they have been removed and hopefully it will go back up. Either way i would call.
