I think the most important thing is that the guy knows that you are confident and happy with yourself..getting implants shows a lack of self-confidence, however if it is reconstructive surgery that is a completely different thing..if any man had a problem with that,then screw him..he has no idea what it is like to have your breasts taken away from you.
My boyfriend won't let me get implants..he just likes the way the real thing feels..but if I ever needed reconstructive surgery I would not care what he thought.
I really don't think guys are going to mind..there are a lot of guys who like implants, too.

I don't think many men actually prefer fake to natural, only the shallow ones. Not all famles take up issue with breast implants, it's just that some feel that women are only having breast implants due to the pressures of society or to attract men, rather than for their own own personal reasons. Women want to be taken seriously in this world and it's difficult when so many women still succumb to society's shallow ideals rather than being who they want to be.

Men only care because 90% of women with breast implants are flippin' insane. If you had a legitimate reason to need it done (such as after a lumpectomy), most men wouldn't mind at all.

No matter why a woman gets breast implants, the man will be distracted by the fact they are not genuine breasts. However, if the woman got implants for genuine medical reasons, I am sure he would be thankful they weren't malformed. I suppose it depends on the person. However, no matter what the reason, I believe the fact they are implants will always be in the back of his mind until he totally adjusts to the idea.

No i don't care as long as if make her feel better about herself. I prefer females with more self confidence and if it help than more power to them.
