Healing runes, and Stav, a runic tai chi-like series of exercises used as a moving meditation.

These serve to increase "maegn" and "weal" which are basically "force" and "health."

I eat primarily organically and healthily, and try to get fresh air, sunshine, and enough exercise.

For the rest . . . I love my endocrinologist. *G* My thryoid developed multiple cysts in '96 and was removed in '00. She keeps me feeling human and under 300 lbs, lol.

I use the ancient practice of M&M. That is medication and meditation. I have fibromyalgia and I am able to channel the pain away through meditation and the rest is covered by my very large pharmacy of prescriptions.

I played too hard in my youth and my doctor can only shake his head and laugh. I was pretty daring when I was younger, which included a three year stint as a circus performer. I would hang from my heels and walk upside down on ladders by using my toes. So he thinks it is funny that I have bad tendon problems in my heels and arthritis eveywhere else. Big question would I do it again and the answer is yes. Life is too short not to enjoy the gusto.

I am trained as a Massage Therapist who has worked in conjunction with Chiropractic and Pain Management practices in the past.

In my personal life, I tend to use herbal remedies and aromatherapy quite a lot and am studying more on energy therapies.......

I use dowsing, Reiki, a mixture of several herbs amazingly effective for carcinoma, kumbacho, Quantum Touch, and Silva, along with some things I've developed on my own.

herbs and massage mostly and coupled with meditation. I help my hubby with his joint and bone problems with loving massage and stress relief. He doesn't have to take much medication because of the regime that I have him on. Certain food help things too. It is a mixture of different things.
