There is this fat girl in the office who always is making some remark about how good my buttocks looks in my pants or how she wants to teach me how a real woman can treat a man. There are also times when she smacks me on my buttocks and Im getting tired of feeling like a piece of meat around her and I want it to stop. And all the sexy girls in the office have stopped flirting with me because of this walking, and talking piece of fat. How can I get her to stop!

well it sounds like she needs a good kick in the ace if you ask me!
i think the real problem here is you!
it is hard for girls not to want you!
can you really blame them?
i mean come now be serious!
just wear your shirt that says "i dont do fat chicks" to work for 1 day and she will be so offended that she wont ever speak to you again, and then all the other girls will start groping you again, see problem solved! xx

If you're "feeling" legitimately harrassed then I'm sure your company has clearly posted and easily identified policies and remedies for dealing with the issue....use them. One question though: why did you feel the need to identify her as fat (this implies that the behavior might've been acceptable to you had she not been portly)? Sexual harrassment is a serious workplace concern and should not be levied frivolously or in fun. To do so diminishes the impact of responses to more legitimate claims.

When you have to criticize someone for their behaviour towards you...First soften the blow with a soft compliment. Tell her that you think she is a good person and has a lot to offer the righty guy for her, butt you are very uncomfortable with her actions towards you. Tell her you hope to be casual friends but not intimate and certainly not sexual. Now tell her to stop what she is doing. Thank her for her interest in you, however you would rather be casual friends and nothing more. If she persists then tell her you are going to bloody her nose. If you see you have hurt her feelings, then apologize and reasure her you think she is a good person and you are only trying to change her actions towards you.

if you are mean to her and she thinks your a total a**hole, she will stop for sure. The only reason she is continuing on with this behavior is because she thinks you are okay with it, or that you wont do anything about it. She obviously has low self esteem and tries to make it better by hitting on men like you. dont let her take advantage of you. if you are too scared to confront her directly and you dont want to go as far as reporting it, just be a total jerk to her and say something really rude to her and she may hate you and start being mean, but its better than her being too nice, if you know what i mean.

Good luck.

There are strict kaws against sexual harrassment. You should contact management. Do you have any witnesses> That would help your case. If management doesnt do anything, go up the ladder because management could also be fined for ignoring the complaint.

First, just ask her to stop, kindly. Let her know that what she's saying is disturbing you and you'd like her to stop. Maybe she thinks you're enjoying it - I know, I know, but some people just don't always get it.

If you ask nicely and it doesn't stop, tell her once more, but say that if she doesn't stop you're going to file a complaint.

And of course, if after two warnings she hasn't, you have no more obligation to be kind - complain to the boss.

Tell her that it's sexual harassment and that you plan to treat it as such. Ask her to cease and desist. Let her know that if she does not, you'll report the matter to your boss or your human resources department.

If you can document the matter or if you have witnesses to her behavior, that would be very helpful. She might try to turn things on you, to say that you harass her about her weight. You don't do you? Be careful NOT to!

i was wondering if there is any chance you were flirting with the "sexy girls" and they thought you were full of it, so decided to give you a taste of your own medicine by getting this lady to taunt you. i don't think this girl harassing you would put them off alone. sexy girls do have a mind of their own and can judge as well as everyone else if you were worth a flirt you would get one dispute ms piggies advances

You could always tell the manager that you feel like you can't do your work b/c of her. That should do the trick. Make sure you don't say anything bad to her b/c she can run and tell the boss and that is no good.

Last year, when I was in 9th grade, this guy used to sit on my lap and tell me to kiss him and tell me to lift up my shirt and stuff. Usually a dirty look or a glare worked pretty well, and thankfully the year ended before he could try anything else. If dirty looks fail, tell her that you will report her if she doesn't back her fat @ss off.
