It is mispelled, it should be: "¿Como te puedo encontrar?" and it means "How can I find you?" in Spanish.

there is no such a verb as "encintrar" it's "encontrar" which means to find. so the answer to your question would be "how can i find you".

"How can I find you?" if by encintrar you mean encontrar, the verb meaning to find.
